Build Your Own Online Class Schedule for Your Bonaire Yoga or Fitness Studio, in One Hour
2026-10-15
Why your studio needs a simple online schedule
Maybe your class times are on a paper sheet by the door, on a whiteboard, or in a WhatsApp status that's gone after 24 hours. Your regular students know when to come. A visitor who just landed on Bonaire doesn't, and neither does a local who wants to try a class this week.
A clear schedule page fixes that. It's one link that shows:
- What class it is (Vinyasa, Yin, HIIT, Pilates, stretching)
- When it runs (day and time)
- Who it's for (beginner, all levels, advanced)
- Where it happens (in the studio or on the beach)
- How to reserve a spot (one tap opens WhatsApp)
You can share that link in your WhatsApp status, your Instagram bio, on a flyer, or with the guesthouse down the road. Below is how to build it yourself, step by step.
Step 1: Write down your week (10 minutes)
Start on paper or in your phone notes before you touch any tools. For each class, write one line:
- Monday, 7:00 to 8:00, Sunrise Yoga, all levels, beach
- Monday, 18:00 to 19:00, Power Fitness, intermediate, studio
- Wednesday, 9:00 to 10:15, Gentle Yoga, beginners, studio
Also write down:
- Your studio address, or a simple description of the beach meeting point
- Your price per class or class card, if you want to show it
- What people should bring (mat, water, towel, sunscreen for beach classes)
- Your WhatsApp number with the country code
Tip: If you already have a paper schedule, just take a clear photo of it. That photo can be your starting point.
Step 2: Decide what the page should look like (5 minutes)
Keep it simple. Most people will open your page on their phone, often standing outside or sitting at a beach bar. A good schedule page has:
- Your studio name and one short sentence at the top
- The week, day by day, with each class as its own small block
- A clear label for each level, and a "Studio" or "Beach" tag
- A big green "Reserve on WhatsApp" button under each class or at the bottom
- A short section with address, what to bring, and prices
Write the page in English. You can also ask for a second version in Dutch, Papiamentu or Spanish if your students speak those languages.
Step 3: Build the page with an AI helper (30 minutes)
You don't need to know code. An AI helper can write the page for you if you explain clearly what you want. Here's an example message you could send:
"Make a simple, mobile-friendly web page for my yoga studio on Bonaire. Show my weekly schedule as blocks per day. Each class shows the time, name, level and whether it is in the studio or on the beach. Add a green WhatsApp button that opens a chat with my number and a ready message like 'Hi, I'd like to reserve a spot for Sunrise Yoga on Monday.' Use calm ocean colors. Here is my schedule: [paste your list or photo]."
Then look at the result and ask for changes in plain words:
- "Make the beach classes a different color."
- "Put the beginner classes first on each day."
- "Make the button bigger."
- "Add a line: bring your own mat for beach classes."
How the WhatsApp button works
WhatsApp has a standard link that opens a chat with your number: https://wa.me/ followed by your full number, with the country code and without the plus sign, spaces or dashes. You can add a pre-written message to that link, so the student only has to tap "send." Ask your AI helper to make one button per class, so the message already says which class and which day. That saves you a lot of back-and-forth questions.
Step 4: Check it like a visitor would (10 minutes)
Open the page on your own phone and pretend you've never heard of your studio:
- Can you see in 5 seconds what's on today?
- Is it clear which classes suit beginners?
- Do you know exactly where the beach class meets?
- Does the WhatsApp button open a chat with the right number and message?
- Is the text big enough to read in bright sunlight?
Fix anything that's unclear. Small things, like a missing time zone note for visitors or "classes may move indoors if it rains," can save you questions later.
Step 5: Share it and keep it up to date (5 minutes)
Once the page is online, put the link everywhere your students already look:
- Your WhatsApp status and business profile
- Your Instagram or Facebook bio
- A small printed card with the link at your studio door
- Messages to guesthouses, dive shops or rental places that get asked "where can I do yoga?"
When your schedule changes, update one line on the page instead of making a new flyer. Do a quick check once a week, for example every Sunday evening.
Want to build it together with an AI teacher?
If you'd like help along the way, ai-bonaire.com offers one hour with an AI teacher (Claude). It walks you through building your own schedule page, step by step, in plain words and in your own language. You can paste a photo of your current paper schedule to get started, and it works on your phone, tablet or computer. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can do this.
It costs $40 for one hour. You pay once, there's no subscription, and your time only counts while you're working. Book your session here.
